AUTCS-Finale: Samstag, 03. Februar
Es gibt ein zusätzliches Warmup-Turnier am Freitag, 02. Februar, und ein Verliererturnier am Samstag anschließend an Phase 1 des AUTCS-Finales.

Freitag:

  • 16:30 Einlass
  • 17:45 Einweisung ins Turniersystem
  • 18:00 Beginn des Warmup-Turniers
  • 23:00 Finale des Warmup-Turniers

Samstag:

  • 09:00 Einlass
  • 09:45 AUTCS-Teilnehmer müssen zur Registrierung und Einweisung vor Ort sein
  • 10:00 AUTCS Phase 1 beginnt
  • 10:15 Ende der grace period; wer nicht anwesend ist, nimmt nicht teil
  • 17:00 es werden keine weiteren Runden mehr gestartet, die besten 16 kommen weiter; Start des Verliererturniers
  • 17:00-24:00 AUTCS Phase 2 und Verliererturnier finden gleichzeitig statt

Anmeldung:

Wenn du in den Top 120 der AUTCS Standings bist, solltest du eine E-Mail mit Anweisungen zur Anmeldung erhalten haben. Bitte schau auch in deinem Werbung-/Spam-Ordner nach. Sollte auch dort nichts zu finden sein, kontaktiere bitte ifpacd@noebl.com.

Wenn du unter den ersten 48 bist, hast du garantiert einen Startplatz. Wenn nicht, kannst du evtl. trotzdem teilnehmen, wenn genügend Spieler über dir ihre Startplätze nicht in Anspruch nehmen. Erfahrungsgemäß werden viele internationale Spieler nicht kommen. Du kannst in der Live-Teilnehmerliste nachschauen, ob du dabei bist oder nicht.

Anmeldeschluss ist der 18. Jänner, 00:00 Uhr. Alle, die sich bis dahin nicht angemeldet haben, nehmen nicht teil. Falls es dann noch freie Plätze gibt, werden auch Spieler über Rang 120 eingeladen, sich anzumelden.

Falls du keinen Platz im AUTCS-Finale bekommst, kannst du evtl. trotzdem die Nebenturniere spielen. Bei Interesse kontaktiere dafür bitte Stefan Riedler.

Turniergebühren:

Für AUTCS-Teilnehmer:

  • AUTCS-Finale (inkl. Verliererturnier): € 42
  • Warmup-Turnier: € 21

(Wenn du nicht am AUTCS-Finale teilnimmst, aber trotzdem die Nebenturniere spielen willst, kannst du in den Informationen des Veranstalters nachlesen, welche Gebühren für dich gelten.)

Der Union-Flippersportverein Austria fördert seine Mitglieder mit € 12 der Teilnahmegebühr für das AUTCS-Finale.

Der Vöcklabrucker FlipperSportVerein – FlippArena gewährt seinen Mitgliedern Rabatte, die den Informationen des Veranstalters entnommen werden können.

Die Teilnahme am Verliererturnier ist in der AUTCS-Gebühr enthalten. Es ist keine Rückerstattung bezahlter Gebühren vorgesehen, wenn du nicht am Verliererturnier teilnehmen kannst, weil du es bis zur Phase 2 des AUTCS-Finales geschafft hast.

Turnierregeln:

  • AUTCS-Finale: siehe AUTCS-Regeln oder Informationen des Veranstalters
  • Anders als in obigen AUTCS-Regeln angegeben werden gemäß WPPR 6.0 Tiebreaker für Finaleinzug und Byes ausgespielt, allerdings nach Ermessen der Turnierleitung ggf. mit weniger als 3 Kugeln
  • Warmup: 17 Runden (maximal) H2H-Matchplay (evtl. Max-Matchplay) mit einem 4-Spieler-Finale: 4 Geräte, 4-2-1-0
  • Verliererturnier: 18 Löcher Pingolf, 4-Spieler-Finale: 4 Geräte, Pingolf-Wertung; Tiebreak für Finaleinzug nach Ermessen der Turnierleitung evtl. nach Anzahl Hole-in-One, etc.

When:

AUTCS Finals: Saturday, February 3
There is an additonal warm-up tournament on Friday, February 2, and a losers’ tournament on Saturday after phase 1 of the AUTCS Finals.

Schedule:

Friday:

  • 16:30 location opens
  • 17:45 briefing
  • 18:00 start of the warm-up tournament
  • 23:00 warm-up tournament finals

Saturday:

  • 09:00 location opens
  • 09:45 AUTCS participants have to be at the location for registration and briefing
  • 10:00 AUTCS phase 1 starts
  • 10:15 end of the grace period, anybody who is not at the location will not participate
  • 17:00 no more rounds will be started, top 16 move on; start of the losers’ tournament
  • 17:00-24:00 AUTCS phase 2 and losers’ tournament will be played at the same time

How to register:

If you’re in the top 120 of the AUTCS Standings, you should have received an email with instructions on how to register. Please also check your promotions/spam folders. If it’s not there either, please contact ifpacd@noebl.com.

If you’re in the top 48, you’re guaranteed a spot. If not, you still might be able to participate, if enough players above you turn down their spots. From experience, many international players will not make use of their spots. You can check the live list of participants to figure out whether you’re in or out.

The registration deadline is January 18, 00:00. Anybody not registered by then will not participate. If there are still spots left, players above rank 120 will be invited to register.

If you’re not eligible to register for the AUTCS Finals, you might still be able to participate in the side tournaments. Please contact Stefan Riedler about that.

Tournament fees:

For AUTCS participants:

  • AUTCS (including losers’ tournament): € 42
  • Warm-up tournament: € 21

Participation in the losers’ tournament is included in the AUTCS fees. There will not be any refunds for players who can’t participate in the losers’ tournament because they made it to phase 2 of the AUTCS finals.

Tournament rules:

  • AUTCS: see AUTCS rules
  • Please note that contrary to the AUTCS rules above, tie breakers will be played to determine which players make it into the finals or get any byes. At the discretion of the tournament direction, those games might be played with less than 3 balls
  • Warm-up: 17 rounds (maximum) H2H Matchplay (maybe Max Matchplay) with a 4 player 4 game 4-2-1-0 final
  • Losers’: 18 holes Pingolf with a 4 player 4 game Pingolf final; ties for finals might be broken by #hole-in-ones etc. at the discretion of the tournament direction
